Excellent last game before USM. We were missing five forwards (all jumpers) and a couple of other key players, but it was still a great performance. Even playing 12-a-side, we kept our shape and worked until the final whistle.

Much better discipline. Credit to URK – they played well, looked improved, and came out fighting, scoring first inside four minutes. But we stuck in, found our rhythm, and took control of the game.

We need to start stronger at USM. Let’s keep the momentum going – full attendance at training this week is key.

The team made an excellent start to the second half of the season. Although the first half was a little scrappy, the players responded superbly after the break and produced a ruthless display. Ball carrying and defence were consistently strong, with some outstanding offloads generating momentum.

There were several standout phases of play, with excellent support, sharp offloading, and some outstanding team tries that highlighted the collective effort.

The finishers introduced in the second half made a real impact, lifting the intensity and ensuring the team carried and supported each other right through to the final whistle.

This was an impressive all-round performance that shows the strength and depth of the squad, and it provides real confidence as we move forward into the rest of the season.

What an outstanding performance from Exiles P18! Every game was played with intensity, power and commitment. Led by our captain Valdemar, each match ended in a convincing win. We conceded only one try in the entire tournament.

The first game had a shaky start but once we brushed off the cobwebs, we found our rhythm and never looked back until the final whistle. Every try was a team effort—playing like brothers, winning the contact, supporting and passing. It was a real pleasure to watch. Even when we had to play with 11 men—not part of the game plan—we still outplayed the opposition with heads up and relentless pressure.

Special thanks to Johannes and Andreas, who took the train down Saturday evening to help the team. Both made an immediate impact on Sunday, smashing through the opposition and scoring tries.

Another solid performance. We maintained the intensity from start to finish. Discipline better. Still lots to work on but we are firmly going in the right direction - Well done!

Excellent team performance by P18. We controlled the game from start to finish, kept our shape, and provided a solid platform for the backs. The impact players came on and maintained the intensity and physicality. Uppskoping tried to come back at the beginning of the second half, but we dug in and kept attacking, forcing them to fall away by the end of the game. We still need to improve, but it was a fantastic effort—well done!
