A fantastic Viking Cup for Exiles U10s

Well, that was quite a weekend! Exiles U10s are 2025 champions of the Viking Cup 2025. 

The team played against three others in their age group and won the most matches. The second match against Göteborg was real, nail-biting stuff. There was an intense 10 minutes at the start of the game, and it's safe to say that both teams played the best rugby either side had ever seen. When Göteborg finally scored the try, the cheering and applause went to both sides. Truly incredible and there were some very proud parents watching from the sidelines. 

Every Exiles U10 player really developed their rugby skills in those two days. Whether setting up for a try, sprinting and dodging to score a try, defending and tackling like their lives depended on it, passing really nicely down the line, the team pulled together like one. It was poetry in motion. 

We were brilliantly hosted by Spartacus who laid on a great BBQ on the first night and provided some tasty lunches. Their refs were fantastic, providing feedback to the kids and doing some good games. Huge thanks to Spartacus!
